A little (tiny) hint of Christmas
I’m not ready for full-on decorations and festivities yet, but I’m enjoying welcoming in a hint of Christmas in the form of mugs, tea towels and aprons. I’ve just taken advantage of Emma Bridgewater’s sale and ordered a few new things to cheer up the next few weeks. Things are selling out fast so be quick if you want a bargain! Clockwise, from left: tea towel, mug and plate – all heavily reduced.
Simple seasonal styling
Sometimes all it takes it a bowl of satsumas. Why bother with flowers at this time of year? They taste nice too.
Gnome jumpers from Little Bird at Mothercare
These really are achingly sweet and I’m currently on a mission to persuade my boys to wear them. They even come in sizes up to 7-8 years. If only they made them for adults too, I’d be there like a shot!
What are you loving this week?
Emma says
I love those jumpers. I don’t know if my daughter would wear one or not. I’m currently loving many, many hugs. She’s got chickenpox this week which is proving trying but we are having a lot of hugs, which is something to cherish, a silver lining of a sort.

I’d love to think my boys would wear them, but I suspect not. Sorry to hear about the pox! At least once it’s done it’s done – I hope it passes quickly for your daughter x
