Yesterday we were at a garden party in Cambridge which included punting on the river. I’ve never been punting before, despite visiting Cambridge hundreds of times! It was the boys’ first time on the river too and they absolutely loved it. Although it was busy, it was really calm and peaceful – and who can fail to be charmed by the magic of Cambridge on a summer’s afternoon?

We’ll definitely be back soon as someone is keen to show off their punting skills. It’s been at least 15 years – but apparently it’s not something you forget….

Oh no, sorry you’ve had rain! We had a bit today, but not too much. Punting was so much fun – although I think it might be less relaxing without a professional chauffeur! 🙂
