This simple little set-up makes the easiest and tastiest breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s a sweet/savoury joy!
Toast a slice of sourdough bread and top with:
soft goat’s cheese
a ripe fig, sliced
a few pieces of very thinly sliced red onion
a drizzle of honey
lots of salt and pepper
I love the kick you get from the red onion, but for a more gentle flavour simply leave it out.
