Outfit repeat: the office-to-school run skirt I’m still loving

Last month I saw a button-through skirt in the window of Bonmarché and decided to give it a whirl. It’s been a wise investment – this little £20 skirt is a lesson in versatility.

The first time I showed it to you, I styled it dressed down with a Breton tee and a chunky cardigan – perfect weekend style.

This time, I wore it to a meeting with a navy blazer and a smart linen tee

The whole look felt simple and put-together, yet practical enough for this weirdly unpredictable weather we’re having. Also, you can’t see it in these photos, but this skirt has stretchy elastic at the back, so it’s also super comfortable. It also washes well at 30 degrees (boring, but necessary information).
