What is a high street collab? I hear you ask. Well, it’s basically a mini collection from your favourite store featuring a designer you wouldn’t normally be able to afford, a celeb or fancy influencer – or maybe even a cartoon character. Always a gimmick, but also always worth a look. Here’s three collections I’m loving right now…
LEANDRA MEDINE X MANGO
Leandra, the brains behind the massive Man Repeller blog, has collaborated with Mango to produce a gorgeous new collection. According to Leandro it’s, “New Year’s Eve in a European ski town meets 1960s American college campus with a couple of embroidered floral prints thrown in for good measure.” Umm, sounds great to me.
JW ANDERSON X UNIQLO
An autumn-hued collection of brilliant basics. I love the the plaid skirts and the chunky knits! The collection is inspired by the British countryside and classic heritage fabrics. I’ve highlighted some pieces from the women’s collection below, but the men’s collection is fab too. Shop the collection here.
Harry Potter X BODEN
One for the kids. I absolutely love Boden’s Harry Potter collection and I wish they made it for adults too. There’s a great selection for the boys and girls in your life. They’d all make perfect Christmas presents if you want to get in early. Shop the collection here.
Set your alarms for Jonathan Adler x H&M Home
This new collaboration with famous interiors designer Jonathan Adler looks utterly bold and beautiful. Well worth setting your alarm clock for this one as I’m sure it’ll sell out fast! The collection will be available from 14 November, but you can get a sneak peek here.
